The key characteristics of the EZ-SL600 are its reliability and efficiency. It applies the most advance door technology utilising sophisticated components to develop a state-of-art automatic sliding system.
EZ-SL600 works electro-mechanically with control unit, motor unit, transmission, emergency unit as well as electrical locking device (fail-secure) or electro-motor brake (fail-safe). Motor unit –Low gear and high performance DC motor with precision gearbox and micro-digital encoder for smooth operation. Coupled with a heavy duty power supply, the EZ-SL600 is able to handle weight loading of 600kg. EZ-SL600 is capable of handling both single and bi-parting and is designed to suit all kinds of door entrances. It is adaptable to various type of door leaves –full frame door, timber door, steel door, aluminium door, transparent glass door etc. EZ-SL600 operates safely with highest accuracy and performance. Knowing precisely which way the door is moving and the positioning of the door, it gives precise instruction for each position which ensures maximum safety measures. To eliminate the risk of people being hit by closing doors, the door is equipped with unique safety devices that automatically reverse immediately to its opened position when it detects resistance. If any obstruction is detected between open doors, it will stop immediately and will only resume to close after a time delay. EZ-SL600 can be integrated with an emergency unit that will automatically open or close the door in the event of a power failure. It can also be interfaced with building fire alarm system or smoke detector. The function of the EZ-SL600 is exactly the same as EZ-SL except it is of a higher specification example the weight loading, wide opening width and low gearing ratio. |
